A friend at work brought this to a shower last spring, and it is sooooo good. She shared the recipe with me, and I've enjoyed it one time too many from that point forward. I love this best with green apples, or a spoon...whoops.
TOFFEE DIP
Mix 8 oz of cream cheese (softened), 8 oz of toffee bits, 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 t. vanilla. Blend well, and serve with sliced green apples. You can keep this up to five days in an airtight container. Makes 3 cups.
Wow, easy and sounds so yummy.
ReplyDeleteYUM! I'd love it if you'd come link this up tomorrow for Foodie Friday.

ReplyDeleteThat looks great, I usually am lazy and buy caramel sauce for dipping but toffee and the crunch sounds great and I bet it's great with the tartness of the green apples.
ReplyDeleteGuess what?! We are eating this RIGHT now!!! We love it! I made it today thinking we'd have some on Wednesday when my parents visit but it may be all gone by then! Thanks so much for sharing, ER had a lot of fun helping me make our treat and she ate a whole apple with it!
