Melt In Your Mouth Chicken

What I love about work is hearing great recipes the other gals have tried out....saves me the trouble of weeding through the not so great ones.  Lauren shared this one, and...Oh.  My.  Goodness.  This is one of my favorite chicken recipes of all time.  I even stared it in my recipe box.  I've never added a star before.  So....take that for what it's worth.  And can I add it's sooooo simple.  Good tasting, easy dinner?  Why yes, yes I think I will.
Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Recipe
Mix 1/2 c. parmesan cheese,  1 c. mayo (or mayonnaise), 1 t. garlic powder (I used garlic salt), 1 1/2 t. seasoning salt, 1/2 t. pepper.  Pour this over 4 chicken breast.  Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.

  1. Hey, I don't mean to be obtuse but do you cover the chicken or leave it uncovered in the pan?

  4. I didn't cover my check! It really is very moist, I don't think it's necessary! Good question....I never think about these things. :O) I should!

  5. Just wanted to say thanks for the delicious recipe! I am making it for the second time tonight...we tested it as a family and now i am preparing it for my 17-year old son's Junior Prom! They are saving money by eating formally at home and this got enthusiastic thumbs up when I offered to make this! Good for them, easy for me!
