I've seen these little yogurt dots all over the net lately, and I finally decided I had to try them out when I saw how easy they were to put together. Plus, it's August. It's Texas. The colder the food....the better. I eat a lot of vanilla flavored yogurt, any flavor works, just put it in a ziplock bag, snip the corner....
Squeeze a bunch of 'dots' of yogurt onto a wax paper covered pan. Place it in the freezer to freeze for a few hours. Dust off your degree in rocket science, and....enjoy.
ohh, those look yumm! I can't eat very much sugar, so I'm always looking for low sugar, low-carb treats. I'll have to give this a try!
