Laine's Baby Shower

One thing about teaching, there is never a lack of reasons to celebrate weddings and babies with all these ladies.  This fall brought a new reason-Laine's baby girl Quinn.  Here are a few pictures from my camera to share.  The above invitation Melissa found on Etsy.  It's the first I've heard, you can now download pdf files and print your own via these clever graphic design ladies on the net.  Man, I love Etsy.  Baby pictures of Laine and her husband Shane, along with lots of fun pregnancy pics were scattered around the house.
Stacey and Taylor put together the wreath below to hang on the door.
An adorable penant, compliments of Taylor.
I put together a few flower arrangments.
Stacey let us use her gorgeous home for the shower, and her Mom had put these precious little arrangments in silver cups hanging from her chandelier.
Melissa had these paper straws for the pink punch.  Paper straws are my current obsession.
Each host (all 11 of us) brought dishes to share.
Petite Fours.....does life get any better than this?
No.  One of my favorite things on planet earth.
Hostesses....somehow we all ended up in shades of green, blues, and grays.  Not planned.
One of the many adorable gifts, a hungry caterpillar costume knitted by Jennifer.  Such a talent staff.
Fun favors put together by Taylor (also her sister)....'Thanks for celebrating Laine's Bun in the Oven."
I anticipate a lot of fun festivities celebrating Quinn, Laine, and the rest of the gals that gathered to celebrate.
