Hot Salsa Dip
Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese (softened), 2 t.taco seasoning, 1 3/4 c cheddar cheese (shredded/divided), 8 oz salsa)Instructions: Combine cream cheese, 1 c. cheese, and seasoning. Spread into the bottom of a 1 qt baking dish. Top with salsa. Sprinkle the remaining 3/4 c. cheese on top of the salsa. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve hot with corn chips.
