Butterscotch Cookies

My work has hosted an annual cookie recipe exchange the last 8 or 9 years.  There are quite a few of us, and none of us want to bake 20 dozen cookies, so we bake two per person and attach the recipe.  I begin hunting down a new/different recipe in October or November.  Last year I had this whole sandwich cookie selected, but then.....time got away from me and I needed something that sounded no fail, but included some favorite ingredients.  I found this in an old cookbook.  If you like butterscotch and oatmeal, this is your cookie.
Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients: 3/4 c butter (softened), 1 c sugar, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c flour, 3/4 t baking soda, 1 t salt, 1 t ground cinnamon, 1/3 c milk, 1 1/2 c quick oats, 6 oz butterscotch morsels, 1 c raisins, 1/2 c chopped pecans
Instructions:
1.  Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
2.  Add eggs and beat well.
3.  Combine the flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl and alternately add flour mix and the milk.
4.  Stir in the remaining ingredients.
5.  Drop dough by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet.
6.  Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes.
*makes 4 dozen
