Halloween-Ghost: Ghost Cupcakes

One white cupcake, one swirl of vanilla icing, and two chocolate chips later-a ghost cupcake popped out of my oven.  It doesn't get a whole lot easier than this.  Now...on to making some friends to keep him company....
