Halloween-Ghost: Ghost Potatoes

I saw this idea on Martha a few years back.  It's pretty simple, make mashed potatoes, shape them into ghost using a piping bag or gloved hands, add black pepper eyes, serve them with some other spooky, meaty, treats.  How cute would this guy be with a bunch of friends on a platter?  I was only serving to a party of one, so, one mashed potato ghost for me, but....I'll file this away for the future.
