This weekend, for (an early) Mother's Day dinner, I took Mom out to try fondu. I've been a few times, but she has never been. Since we are headed to The Alps in a month, where fondu is famous (it has to be true, I read it in a book!)....I decided this would be the year. The restaurant was so dark, all the pictures are blurry, but this was the most important picture. We had the whole feast with the cheese pot, salads, meat/veggies/sauces/oil, and then...the dessert. The meal takes about two hours to consume, so by the time dessert was rolled out, I was feeling full....and yet, there was nothing to take a picture of 'after.'
