We should have departed Innsbruck today via the Tyrolean Alps and we ended up in Venice. We had a boat ride scheduled followed by a chance to watch Venetian glassblowers. We also planned to take a gondola trip, who can resist the opportunity to ride along the canals with a local troubadours serenading you? One thing you can be assured I am not doing is feeding pigeons in the square!!! Ewww.
