Tortellini SaladIngredients: 20 oz pkg refridgerated cheese tortellini, 1 c. fresh mozerella (cubed), 1 c. pepperoni (chopped), 1 c. cherry tomatoes (cut in half), 1/3 c. fresh basil (chopped), 2/3 c. Caesar salad dressing, salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cook the pasta according to the package. Drain and rinse with cool water, drain again.
Mix the other ingredients with the pasta and toss. Place in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
