Tortellini Salad

I always love pasta salads, but this one ranks towards the top, and it so simple to put together.  The original recipe came from lemontree.  It makes the perfect side to any potluck, and it's best at room temperature, so if it sits out for a bit....you still win.
Tortellini Salad
Ingredients:  2 pkgs of frozen cheese tortellini (about 36 oz total), 3/4 c sun dried tomatoes (drained and chopped), 1/2 c. prepared pesto, 1 c. Parmesan cheese (freshly shaved), 1/2 c. red onion (chopped)
Instructions:
1.  Prepare tortellini according to package instructions.  Rinse with cold water and let it cool.  
2.  Combine all the ingredients.  Serve, or chill and serve at room temperature.
