Taylor's Destination Beach Shower

Last May a large group of us hosted a shower for one of my favorite work people, Taylor.  Her team headed the planning, and found some super cute ideas to add to the destination themed shower (she got married in Mexico at the end of July).  Amanda found this really REALLY cute invitation idea here, including a free printable.
The shower was at a Mexican food restaurant on the patio (I only had my, the day of the shower, and didn't take any pictures 'during' including once Taylor arrived, maybe her sister or Amanda will post some of their pictures and I can link to those).  We put burlap runners down the center of the table with shells scattered throughout some really adorable hydrangea and tulip arrangements made by Melissa and Stacy.
There were also trays of cookies to compliment the appetizers to be brought out later.
Sand dollar sugar cookies the other gals all put together (I had my last reading meeting the night of decorating, boo, May was not kind to my social calendar, they are so cute...I hated missing the decorating party!).
The gift from all the host was a bunch of stuff for her and her husband to take to their destination wedding.  Suntan lotion, chapstick, iphone gift certificate, flip flops, beach bag, towels, travel size champagne etc.
Veronica made these cute little favors filled with Swedish fish (one of Taylor's favorites).
She also put together this advice board.  All the guest were asked to leave advice on the cards for Taylor.

I made a banner I'll share later, if May was busy, August is a whirlwind....
