I'm headed to Good Morning Texas today and the plan is to share some non-traditional ways to display some of those vacation memories. First up is this little rubiks cube I made last spring with a cube I bought for a dollar. Here are all the instructions. I've found these for a buck at the dollar store, but sometimes the supplies can vary from store to store. They also have them at Party City as well for 2 dollars. I try to choose photos that have varying colors so it's easier to match up the photos.
Another project I'm taking along are these ornaments you make out of vacation brochures and/or pictures. I saw this online for 32 dollars. Uh. What?
I can't imagine they sell many for that price, but how about 25 cents? All those instructions (super simple) I posted on Monday.
Another project I'll be sharing are photo koozies, which I posted about yesterday. I love that you can take any personal picture and turn it into a koozie-the possibilities are endless!
I love scrapbooking, but I'm always looking for different ways to save a memory, or share some of those photos with friends. The photos I'm working with today were taken from my trip this summer to the Amazon. I blogged about it here. This was my third trip to Brazil. I have been fortunate enough to team up with an incredible group, and some of these ideas are what I've used to put together small gifts for the friends I've made along the river. I'll be posting the video later on my facebook page. I'm also going through old blog post and trying to pull together various categories, here is a link to some of the photo projects I've done in the past via my pinterest page.
