I saw this recipe on Food Network's Cooking For Real, and I've always wanted to try Mac and Cheese....so I did. It was just OK, despite high ranking (so maybe it's me). Maybe it'll be better tomorrow? It was very cheesy, and I even cut some of the shredded cheese that goes on top, and threw a few more noodles in the pot. I would definitely not put the croutons on next time, it was just too much. It wasn't bad at all, I think it's probably even how mac and cheese is supposed to taste, but....I might hang out on the Kraft side of the dish for awhile longer....except on special occasions.
