One of my favorite sweet (relatively guiltless) snacks are baked flour tortillas with spray butter and cinnamon sugar coating. When I say relatively guiltless, I'm comparing it to my usual sweet desserts, not other peoples, other people might disagree. It's a good thing *they* don't have access to my account password! I saw this idea in Family Fun last year for snowflake tortiall snacks, and I had to try it out. The only thing better than sweet treats is adding a 'play with your food' step to the process.
I took a tortilla, heated it in the microwave just long enough to be able to fold it over, and cut out my snowflake pattern, just like you would out of paper.
After cutting my pattern, I sprayed mine down with butter, and sprinkled it with cinnamon sugar. The site shows sprinkling the tortilla with blue sprinkles, so I guess it depends on what snow looks like in your town. I baked it at 350 until it was golden (5+ minutes).
