These were really easy to put together.....1 lb of hamburger meat mixed with a package of taco seasoning (following the instructions on the back to make tacos). I filled the shells, topped with cheese and heated for just a few minutes. I added all the taco toppings-salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and additional cheese to the counter for a make your own bite size taco cup sort of deal.

I saw a version of this online called Taco Cupcakes. I adapted it by buying phyllo pastry shells instead of making my own....
These were really easy to put together.....1 lb of hamburger meat mixed with a package of taco seasoning (following the instructions on the back to make tacos). I filled the shells, topped with cheese and heated for just a few minutes. I added all the taco toppings-salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and additional cheese to the counter for a make your own bite size taco cup sort of deal.
